The truth about the showrooms «Venetsiya» and their owner Sergei Kuchko

This website presents the comments of the victims along with the facts and court rulings on the companies of Sergey Anatolyevich Kuchko hidden behind the showroom «Venetsiya» brand. They deceived many people [and will be punished for it], but while the trial proceedings are ongoing, they do not even consider closing down their activities but continue with their scams.

The owner of the «VENICE» Company (furniture store «Venice») is Sergey Anatolyevich Kuchko, born 03/07/1979.

Why you should not do business with the showroom «Venetsiya» and/or its owner:

1. First, the showroom «Venetsiya» does not legally exist. If you want to buy something from them and ask to conclude an agreement, you will be offered to conclude it with a completely different company. See the list of such companies below:

— Sole proprietorship “Kargo-Trend”, code 38136797, founder Lyutov Aleksandr Vladimirovich (Sergey Anatolyevich Kuchko’s lawyer).

2. There would have been nothing wrong with these companies, if they had’t  been used by the showroom «Venetsiya» to bilk about 100,000 (one hundred thousand) US dollars from its customers.

3. What is the evidence of the showroom «Venetsiya» fraud? It has been proved by court rulings which are right here, in the state register:

4. In short, the companies listed above accepted an advance payment for the goods from three Kiev firms. None the goods were delivered, nor was payment returned. After a long trial, the court ruled the money must be returned, and the ruling of the court took legal effect.

However, the scammers behind the showroom «Venetsiya» are in no hurry in terms of carrying out the court ruling. Therefore, there have been initiated not just economic, but criminal proceedings against them by the case №12019220540001011 of 16.04.2019 (in Slobodskoy Police Department of the Main Department of the National Police in Kharkov oblast) http://www.reyestr.court.gov.ua/Review/88754819.

5. But that is not all. Most recently [the proceedings are still ongoing] the Customs Service caught the companies behind the showroom «Venetsiya» in non-payment of taxes and customs duties.

6. In short, the showroom «Venetsiya» deceived the Ukrainian Customs Service by lowering the price for Italian goods by about 10 times in order to pay fewer duties. The fraud cost tens (perhaps even hundreds) of thousands of euros in unpaid duties. Therefore, the goods and property of the companies behind the showroom «Venetsiya»  can be arrested and confiscated by the court. It is still unclear when it will happen, as justice is slow, although inevitable. What is known for the time being, is that the investigation is ongoing, and the Italian customs provided the Ukrainian customs with the information confirming the showroom «Venetsiya» fraud.

7. Finally, Sergey Anatolyevich Kuchko himself. He is the real manager and owner of the showroom «Venetsiya» (and of all the companies behind it). An extraordinary person, very smart, well-mannered, charming, and also very crafty and  greedy. Although forcibly taking the 30% bonus from salespersons for his own «pension fund» (so as not to return it to them when firing them) might be even more remarkable.

As a matter of fact, no one among the managers of the showroom «Venetsiya» denies the terrifying turnover of staff which is the most obvious sign of a bad attitude towards employees. It seems that Sergei Anatolyevich pays little, and does not like people.

9. As you can see from the facts above, dealing with the companies mentioned is simply not worth it.

If you still want to help Sergei Anatolyevich Kuchko and the showroom “Venetsiya” with your money for them to pay off the lawsuits and customs claims, feel free to buy something from them with an advanced payment.

You should know, however, that in a few years when it is your turn to get the money of your lawsuits against “Venetsiya” back, Sergei Anatolyevich will not be able to return the money to you.
